How does it Work?
Simple, gather guests names and email addresses at check-in and enter them into the system along with their return dadte and language. Your guests are sent an email to their personal mailbox upon their return from holiday at your resort. The email contains a link to the comment card web site. The comment card web site is presented in the users own language (choice of 5; English, Spanish; French; German & Italian.) It displays your Resort’s Logo and displays your customisable introductory message.
The guest is then invited to complete the comment card which is presented as a simple online form. The Questionnaire includes all standard RCI Comment Card Questions, plus additional key questions about your company and resort. The guest then “Sends” their completed Comment Card via the internet. It is delivered to you by email and the results are also written to a database system which will allow you to review aggregate data.
A copy of the comment card is also sent back to the guest, together with any follow-up marketing messages you care to include.
For example, certain RCI Questions are used for determining Gold Crown Resort Status; you can automatically send RCI Guests who score you highly on RCI questions an additional message encouraging them to complete the Official RCI Comment Card and return it to RCI. Equally you can ask the question: “Would you recommend our resort to your friends?” If the answer is ‘yes’ you can configure the system to automatically send a follow-up email the client with details of your Referral Program.
As you instantly receive a copy of all completed Comment Cards via email, you can address complaints retrospectively and smooth over any customer service issues that the guests have highlighted. You will also receive a monthly summary report by email, which provides aggregate data on the comment cards received in the past month. However, by logging into the online database system, you can view comprehensive and demographic statistics on all the comment cards you have received throughout all of your resorts.
System Requirements
There are no special requirements to use this software, just an Internet Ready PC or Apple Mac Computer with a current web browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, and a working email address.
